Natalie Uy, representing the Philippines, cleared 13-10 (4.22m) on her third attempt to win the women's pole vault at The American Track League's Orange County Classic at JSerra High in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. Uy is scheduled to compete May 16 at the Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam.
